✅ We are selling master copies of top brands, and our handmade articles are crafted to be as close to the original brand as possible. The majority of our products are hand embroidered and therefore delicate and breakable in their usage, with a possibility of 15%–20% variation.

Exchange & Return Policy

✅ Unstitched outfits only can be exchange with other outfits.

✅ Stitched outfits can alter for fittings.

❌ No money refund of stitched or unstitched outfits.

❌ Stitched outfits can’t be exchange or refund.

❌ We do not offer cash refunds.

✅ We do offer online store credit of the same value, valid for any future purchase.

❌ Orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of order placement.

❌ Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

Exchange Procedure

To claim an exchange or return, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery via WhatsApp, along with the reason for the request and your order details.
